INFORM, Germany’s market leading specialist in IT systems for optimised logistics planning, is pleased to announce an important contract win in the UK.  The UK operation has signed a deal to supply its add*ONE Inventory Optimizer software system to John Parker & Son Limited (t/a “Parkersteel” and “Parkertools”).

The steel and tool distributor and processor , located in Canterbury, Kent, has decided to use INFORM’s add*ONE Inventory Optimizer in the area of purchasing, assisting their planners to work smarter rather than harder in their daily workload. add*ONE Inventory Optimizer was chosen for it’s capability to reduce stock levels and overall costs whilst maintaining service levels, enabling their whole process to be cost effective in the battle to beat the current recession.
