SyncroTESS – Everything in movement

SyncroTESS simplifies processes precisely in the areas of greatest complexity and difficulty.
To achieve this, the system manages the use of active and passive transport equipment – over multi-level transport arrangements where necessary. This enables companies to implement full management of intra-plant material flow from the ramp to the production line – dynamically and in real time. SyncroTESS offers optimised solutions for all logistical process tasks. The basis of every system supplied consists operational control, the master data configuration and business statistics.

SyncroTESS collects all relevant information required for scheduling. The system simultaneously monitors the current status of vehicles, the current order list with all technical constraints as well as schedules and priorities. Employing this information the system then matches the optimal assignment of orders and resources. The software enables the system controller to independently administer master data, vehicle data, operational sectors and loading units. Possible conflicts within the master data can be easily and dependably identified. With the benefit of informative yearly, weekly or daily statistics companies can trace the working capacity ratio and trends relating to order volumes. Due to precise data on the proportion of empty runs, utilising ratios and idle times, enterprises have the right information to enable improvements in productivity to be implemented.

Comprehensive and efficient – transportation planning with SyncroTESS
For every change occurring in relation to the transport situation SyncroTESS simultaneously calculates the optimal follow-up order for all vehicles (road trucks, forklifts, cranes, tractors etc.). In performing these calculations the system takes into account distances, order priorities, schedules and storage capacities. At the same time the software observes the availability of vehicles, transport equipment and loading stations taking into consideration time factors such as breaks or shift times.
Furthermore, SyncroTESS can manage multi-layers transport such as inter-warehouse yard transport via rail depots or rack-in and out storage via assigned transfer areas. When it detects that at least two vehicle types will be required to execute the order, the system will automatically disassemble the transport orders from one stock removal point to a given target destination.

Practical and economical – stock in-flow and out-flow using SyncroTESS
A part from transport planning, SyncroTESS also offers optimised in-flow and out-flow strategies for the movement of material on the warehouse level. To realise this task the software tracks the material on all designated loading points and storage bins. When goods are added or removed, aside from the material type and the fill level the system also takes account of the classical principles such as “First In, First Out” or “Last In, First Out” or the batch purity.
Following the communication of the material requirements for the production or dispatch functions, SyncroTESS can automatically generate the requisite transport orders.
