Material call to the supplier – the allocation of a timeframe in the SyncroSupply system determines when and which goods must be delivered to where.

Road trucks are loaded, the goods scanned and the materials planner receives a notice of departure from the supplier.

Inbound journey of road truck and tracking via GPS positioning – SyncroSupply will be informed of any delays and where required will send a warning message to the materials supplier.

The road truck arrives at the plant entrance, the cargo is received. SyncroSupply makes an immediate decision about whether to process the truck for direct unloading within the plant or to assign it to a buffer zone.

The truck arrives at the loading station assigned to it by SyncroSupply. It is unloaded and may depart the plant, or it can go to other loading points assigned to it by the system.

SyncroSupply instructs the truck to load the empties scheduled to it.
