| The road truck arrives at the plant entrance, the cargo is received. SyncroSupply makes an immediate decision about whether to process the truck for direct unloading within the plant or to assign it to a buffer zone. |

| The truck arrives at the loading station assigned to it by SyncroSupply. It is unloaded and may depart the plant, or it can go to other loading points assigned to it by the system. |
