Today, the company employs more than 350 software engineers and business consultants. When compared to other IT firms, INFORM’s annual staff fluctuation of around 4 % is very low. Although average staff age is around 35, the average employee will eventually stay onboard for 25 years.

Established in 1969, since 1986 INFORM enjoyed a sustained average revenue growth rate of around 22 % p.a. over an uninterrupted period of now 22 years, with profits being consistently re-channeled into research & development.

INFORM is owned by its working directors and some 50 long-time employees.
